Doctoral student António Carreiro completed his PhD in Business Sciences

With the presentation and approval with distinction of his Thesis entitled “The affective pathway to perceived job performance. Integrating leadership, job characteristics, work engagement, and positive emotions at work”, doctoral student António Carreiro completed his PhD in Business Sciences on the 14th October 2026. The thesis was supervised by Professor Sofia Gomes, integrated member of REMIT, and Professor João Nuno Lopes, from Lusófona University.
