Doctoral student Natália Costa completed his PhD in Business Sciences

With the presentation and unanimously approval of his thesis entitled “Happy-productive worker 360: an integrated approach from theory to practice of the happy-productive worker thesis”, doctoral student Natália Costa completed his PhD in Business Sciences on the 24th September 2025. The thesis was supervised by Prof. Pedro Ferreira, a REMIT collaborator, and co-supervised by Prof. Mónica Monteiro, also a REMIT collaborator, and Prof. Carlos Miguel Oliveira.
