Doctoral student Pedro Castanheira Teixeira completed his PhD in Business Sciences

With the presentation and unanimously approval of his thesis entitled “Emerging technologies in accounting: their impact on professional practices and education and the role of robotic process automation”, doctoral student Pedro Castanheira Teixeira completed his PhD in Business Sciences on the 16th January 2026. The thesis was supervised by Prof. Adelaide Martins, Prof. Francisco Duarte, and Prof. Isabel Maldonado and Prof. Carla Azevedo Lobo, both members of REMIT.
