Doctoral student Mateus da Silva completed his PhD in Business Sciences

With the presentation and unanimously approval of his thesis entitled “A superação das barreiras ao desempenho das equipas criativas. Estudo em empresas de base tecnológicas portuguesas”, doctoral student Mateus da Silva completed his PhD in Business Sciences on the 21st July 2025. The thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. João Carvalho and co-supervised by Prof Mónica Monteiro, bothe REMIT members.
