Doctoral student Fernando Torre completed his PhD in Business Sciences

With the presentation and unanimously approval of his thesis entitled “Soft skills in management: contributions to reducing the gap between the skills of university graduates and the demands of the business environment”, doctoral student Fernando Torre completed his PhD in Business Sciences on the 30th October 2025. The thesis was supervised by Prof.ª Alexandra Araújo and co-supervised by Prof. Mário Sérgio Teixeira.
