Strategic Management
The research project entitled ‘Strategic Management – modern challenges’ encompasses a broad range of topics related to the field of strategic management. At its core, strategic management involves the process of identifying an organization’s goals, developing strategies to achieve those goals, and allocating resources to implement those strategies. The project aims to explore the various challenges that organisations face in this process and how they can be addressed. Some of the key topics that the research project covers include identifying and analysing environmental factors that can impact an organization’s strategic decisions, developing effective strategies for innovation and growth, and managing organizational change. Additionally, this project examines the role of governance in aiding overcome managerial challenges, focusing on SMEs and family firms in particular.
Overall, the research project on strategic management -modern challenges aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complex and dynamic nature of strategic management in today’s business environment.
