The project involves the study of potential impacts of global climate change on wine production and wine tourism. The project goals are to design and conduct research into the likely impacts of global climate change on traditional wine production regions and their tourism capacities and operations. The research results will be used to shape the development of possible response strategies for affected wine tourism regions.
